choose "Schedule a Meeting".

3) Enter the date, start and stop times.
4) Enter the telephone conference call info
meeting participants will need to call in for the
voice portion of the meeting. NOTE:
The meeting provider also provides a free
conference call number you can use for your
meetings! Or you can use another one that I'll
show you which allows you to have 96 people on

5) Choose a password if you want to password
protect your meeting.
6) Click the "Schedule" button and you
are done!
