of the biggest mistakes I see people making each
day in Coastal Vacations is buying leads.
How much
sense does it make to buy an un-targeted lead,
that is being hyped as a "Coastal Specific",
or "Pre-Qualified" prospect. These
leads are not qualified for Coastal at all.
A great example of this is lead brokers who claim
their leads have been verified to be looking for
a home based business. This sounds good on the
surface but lets look a little deeper to get at
what is really happening.
These companies run what are called blind ads in
newspapers and magazines looking for business
opportunity seekers. The leads game is simply
that... a game. There are more people across the
board who buy general business opportunity leads
than any other type of lead. And because of this,
lead brokers place the ads to attract anyone who
says they want to make money.
A blind ad usually says something like... "If
you would like to make money with your computer,
call 1-800-xxx-xxxx". The only
thing a blind ad like this one would generate is
a list of people who own computers. There is
absolutely nothing in the ad to qualify these
people for Coastal Vacations in any way. What if
they live in a trailer park or other low income
housing and just happen to have a computer, does
this make them a "Coastal Specific"
lead?

How does the Co-Op actually work?
Highly targeted prospects will see an ad in a magazine or
newspaper which compels them to call the toll free number
they see in the ad for more information. When they call
they are automatically rotated into the voice mail box of
one of the Co-Op participants. The way the rotation works
is based on the number of shares a person has in the Co-Op.
If for example ten people are in the Co-Op and they each
have one share, and the Co-Op got 1000 calls in a week,
each person would get 100 calls in their voice mail box.
Another way of looking at it when deciding how many
shares to take is to imagine a never ending line of
people all walking by a hat with ten names in it. Each
person from the line reaches into a hat and pulls out a
name. At the same time, the name instantly regenerates
itself back into the hat and can be pulled out an endless
number of times. You have to ask yourself if you would
like your name to be in the hat once, twice, or three
times to ensure the absolute greatest exposure?
What message does the prospect hear when they
call the number in the ad?
The message is a professional greeting that motivates the
prospect to leave their contact information and to expect
a follow-up call. It's a special interview I did with one
of my success team members who generated over $200,000.

I can buy elsewhere?
First thing you need to realize about the leads business
is that most of the people in it are simply buying leads
from one source and then marking them up and reselling
them to as many people as will buy them. No one wants to
buy old leads and because of this, many lead brokers will
fudge the dates to make them appear fresh. The Co-Op
leads are never doctored. You know exactly when they
called your voice mail and there is never any issue of
getting an old lead, or having to pay for it like you
would if you purchased leads from another source. And
with the Co-Op, you also get highly targeted leads
instead of incentivized leads that aren't serious and don't
have any money to get started in any business.
What is an incentivized lead?
It is a lead that was generated as a result of someone
being offered a bribe to fill out a form online or by
some other means such as a post card etc. The most common
way this happens (especially with purchased leads) is
when a person is surfing online and a window pops up
asking if they would like to enter to win a sweep stakes
or some other item. In order to enter for a chance to win,
the person must give their name, email address, phone
number etc. Now this alone does not make this a targeted
lead for anything other than a person who likes to enter
sweep stakes, period. Unfortunately these types of leads
are sold as targeted business opportunity seekers and
unknowing people are being duped out of several dollars
per lead with the belief the leads have been pre-screened
for a business opportunity.
How do you ensure the Co-Op leads are highly
targeted?
The ad that appears in the Co-Op weeds out the kind of
people that aren't serious in the first place such as
people who are looking for a $50. program etc. The Co-Op
does not target average business opportunity seekers.
Reason is these people are lazy and have a "get rich
doing nothing" lottery mentality. Trying to approach
this type of person with Coastal is a waste of your time
and theirs. The Co-Op targets serious sales professionals
who are actively involved in sales and are already
accustomed to making great money. This makes it much
easier to close multiple sales!
Can you prove when the leads come in so I know
they are really fresh?
Yes! You will see the exact time, date, and can even
listen to the message the prospect leaves in your voice
mail mere seconds after they leave it. You can be
notified via email immediately when you get a call to
your Co-Op voice mail box! There is no way to doctor the
date and time. You are the only one who has access to
your voice mail account and are the first to see the
leads and when they came in.
How do I retrieve my share of leads from the Co-Op?
You can either call your toll free voice mail number and
enter your pass code, or you can log in to a secure web
site and get your leads, and even click to listen to the
messages right from the page! You are in complete control.
You can save leads into your own created folders and do
many other things with them as well.
How many calls can I expect to get by
participating in the Co-Op?
It depends on the number of shares you have in the Co-Op.
If you have one share, you will not get as many calls as
you would if you took three shares. Another way to look
at it is to say you would get three times as many calls
with three shares as anyone else who has only one share.
It's impossible to say exactly how many calls you will
get with one, two, or three shares exactly. However,
people with two shares report getting as many as 25 calls
in a single day. Of course with three shares you could
expect more and with only one share you could expect less.
Why do other Coastal directors not offer a Co-Op
for their group like you are doing?
That's an excellent question! I can't speak for anyone
else. However I can tell you the reason I do it. I want
to ensure everyone who gets started with Coastal in my
group has the absolute best opportunity to succeed with
the program. I know from being in the business for many
years that the things I have in place really do work. I
wanted to create a system that would allow everyone to
participate and to prosper from. I've discovered exactly
what works over the years and make it available to those
who are smart enough to plug into the proven system I
have created. Unfortunately many other Coastal directors
simply don't want to work with their group or worse, don't
know the first thing about how to help a team grow and

Do I have to start the Co-Op on the first day of
the month?
No. The Co-Op is based on a 30 day period. This means you
can call me up on any date and participate in the Co-Op.
You are entered in the Co-Op the day your funds arrive
and taken out 31 days later unless you renew your Co-Op
share(s) before the 30th day.
How many people sign up in Coastal that responded
to the Co-Op ad?
It depends on the individual people and their own
circumstances. I've signed up several in a week. Several
others report doing the same thing. In this business some
prospects will take the time to research the program, the
company, as well as to raise the needed funds to get
started. However, as long as you are very consistent and
use both the Co-Op and other available tools, you should
always be very pleased with the results of sales that are
generated.

Do I have to call all of these prospects myself
one at a time?
NO! Absolutely NOT! You will be able to use an
extraordinary tool that will allow you to call 500 people
in less than ten minutes. This system works extremely
well with the Co-Op leads that are produced. You simply
import the leads into the dialer and click your mouse a
few times and that's it! This ensure that you can get
really aggressive if you want and call thousands of
people anytime you want to maximize your exposure and
sales!
What does the Co-Op ad say?
The exact wording of the ad is reserved until after you
are a paid participant in the Co-Op out of fairness to
other paying participants. The ad has been tested and
tweaked to perfection and very consistently pulls many
calls every month for Co-Op participants. It is worded to
weed out undesirable prospects while at the same time
attracting very serious people. Each of the included
publications have been very carefully chosen for both
readership, average income, affluence, desire, and other
targeted demographics. In simple terms, the ad pulls very
well and it is duplicated on a very large mass scale to
multiply the desired results.
Are the 800 newspapers throw away or free papers
like the ones at check out stands?
No. The papers are high quality, suburban papers, filled
with interesting articles and community information to
ensure they are being read. Also, they concentrate on
more affluent areas, where people have the money to
invest in new opportunities. 60% have incomes of $50,000.
per year or more. 76% of readers own their own residence.

How soon after I am in the Co-Op will I start
getting calls?
Usually within 24 hours of the time your funds have been
received and you have been placed into the Co-Op. Many
report getting calls within an hour or two of being
placed in the Co-Op! I've even had people report getting
calls as soon as 20 minutes after being placed in the Co-Op!
As the owner of the Co-Op, do you also take
positions in it?
Usually no. The only time I personally take a position in
the Co-Op is if I do not have several people already in
it. I want to ensure everyone gets plenty of calls and
that they will want to come back next month etc.
How many people do you allow to participate in
the Co-Op at the same time?
The maximum number of people allowed in the Co-Op is 10.
This leaves plenty of room for everyone to get plenty of
calls (based on the number of purchased shares) and still
ensure fairness to the Co-Op owner for Co-Op related
expenses.
How does it work when the Co-Op is full and you
have people waiting to get in?
If the Co-Op is full, then I place paid participants onto
a waiting list and place them into the Co-Op in the order
of who has been waiting the longest. However, since the
Co-Op does not run from the first of the month to the
last day of the month, normally the wait isn't more than
a few days. Then as people rotate out, new people go in.
If the Co-Op is full at the time your payment is received,
you will get an email letting you know you will be placed
into the Co-Op in 24 to 72 hours. Upon placement, you
will get a second email letting you know you are placed
in the Co-Op so you can check your voice mail for leads.
Why would a person want to rotate out of the Co-Op?
The number one reason people rotate out is to work the
leads! Some people simply get overwhelmed with the number
of leads the Co-Op generates and they want to take some
time out to work them properly. However, I can show you
how to call 5,000 people in less than one hour using an
awesome voice broadcast dialer tool. That way you can get
really aggressive with your marketing if you would like
to. The next reason a person rotates out is so they can
send the people they sign up into Coastal to purchase Co-Op
shares. Remember, Coastal is a two up and the prospects
