often hear from people is how appreciative they
are to be able to reach me direct. I do not hide
behind my web site or telephone number.
If you have questions (no matter how small or
complex) I want to make sure you get the answers
you deserve. I am here to help you understand
this great business. I am very passionate about
this business and I treat it as a business which

Office Telephone:
I'm available from 9am to 9pm
EST, Monday - Saturday.
In most cases you can reach me by phone at 804-897-2274.
Cell Phone:
Anytime I leave the office I always
forward my business line to my cell phone. I have
nationwide coverage. This means that you will
still always be able reach me even when I'm out
of the office locally, or even traveling across
the nation.
LIVE Online Chat:
Unless I'm shooting a video production for the
site or a DVD, I am also available for LIVE
online chat. On every page of this site you will
see either an "online" or "offline"
graphic image located near the very top of the
page just below my telephone number along the
right side of the page. The first example below
shows what the "online" image looks
like.
If you see
the above image located on the right side of the
page, near the top, under my telephone number, it
means I am currently online and available for
LIVE chat. Most of the time I am online and
available for LIVE chat.
The next example below shows what the "offline"
image looks like. If you see the following image
displayed it means I am currently "offline"
and am not available for live chat. If it is
between the hours of 9am and 9pm
EST and you see the "offline"
image, you can still call me direct at 804-897-2274.
In
Person Meeting
I've had the pleasure of meeting with several
people over the years. I prefer being able to sit
down with people whenever possible. I wish I
could personally meet with everyone. I firmly
belive in a handshake and eye to eye contact in
business. I understand that distance often
precludes this from happening. If you would like
to schedule an in person, face to face meeting
with me at my home, just let me know your
availability. I will check my calender and either
confirm your request date(s), or offer other
dates when I am available. In most cases I will
be able to accommodate your chose date(s).
Video Conference / WebCam
Thanks to technology, we can meet online in a
video conference. If you would like to make
arrangements for a LIVE webcam business meeting
session just contact me to schedule a time. You will of course need to have a
webcam connected to your computer.
With MSN
messenger, we can have a virtual meeting online
and exchange ideas using things like shared
applications and a white board, and much more!
All you need to join me in an online MSN business
meeting is Windows XP and MSN Messenger. Windows
XP comes with MSN Messenger and is free. CLICK HERE to

Desktop
Conference
We can also connect with a LIVE desktop
conference. I use an incredible tool which lets
me allow up to 25 people to connect with me in
real time right from the comfort of their home or
office. It's fun to use and very simple. All you
do is give me a call and request a LIVE Desktop
Conference. It's sort of like a telephone
conference call, except it also adds real time
visuals because uring the conference you will be
able to see everything on my computer monitor
also on your computer monitor! This means we can
talk about anything you like and I can show you
stuff on your monitor at the same time. I can
open software programs, visit web sites, you name
it! This is a very handy tool that I use to train
my group.
